What could we say yes to with a little more courage? 🎃

Fear can be convincing. It can turn a possibility into a whole list of “what ifs.”

I’m inviting us to explore a different perspective at **Transcending Fear**, our **9D Breathwork Halloween Special**—an advanced breathwork journey focused on fear, courage, and resilience.

Let’s get curious about what holds us back and the possibilities ahead. Fear doesn’t get the final say. 🧡

When was the last time you told a real person what you just told your AI app? 🤍

This week’s Pauser Challenge: AI vs. human.

AI can be a great tool.
It can even sound caring.
But it isn’t a real relationship.

Real life is lived with real people.

So before you reach for it, pause and ask:
What do I need right now?
Am I using this as a tool, or am I looking for comfort?

Breathe.
Find your calm.

Then ask:
How can I be a human for someone today?
What do I need from a human today?

And go connect, in real life and in real time.

Share this with someone you’d rather talk to than type to. 💛

10/23/2026

Did you show up this week, or did you quietly disappear? 🤍

This is the check-in for our ghosting Pauser Challenge.

Did you notice…
who you wanted to talk to?
who you didn’t?
which topics you kept steering away from?

And did you pause and get curious?
What got triggered in me?
Why don’t I want to be around this person?

That’s where the shift happens.

Once we know what’s really going on, we get to choose.
Stand in the room.
Have the conversation.
Listen to where they’re coming from.
Share our side too.

That’s your power. That’s living your truth.

Drop a 💛 if you showed up for one hard conversation this week.

A Pause Can Change Everything™

Who have you been slowly drifting away from without meaning to? 🤍

We don’t slam the door.
We just stop opening it.

Fewer texts.
Shorter replies.
“Sorry, I’ve been so busy.”

Then one day we miss her, and we can’t figure out why it feels so hard to just call.

That’s slow ghosting. It’s quiet, but it’s still our nervous system steering us away from connection.

This week, pause and notice:
Where am I pulling back?
What am I really avoiding?

Awareness is where reconnecting begins.

Send a text to someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to. Today. 💛

Do you ghost people? Listen up.

10/21/2026

Is that a boundary, or is your nervous system running the show? 🤍

Here’s how I tell the difference:

A boundary is a choice we make with a calm body.
Ghosting is our alarm making the choice for us.

When we shut people out without stopping to understand why, that’s the alarm talking.

So next time your thumb is hovering over that decline button…
pause.

Catch the urge to disappear.
Catch the urge to shrink.
Get curious.

What’s really going on here?

That’s the whole reason Pause Breathe Proceed exists.

Save this for the next time you’re tempted to ghost. 💛

Why do some moments make us feel small again before we even know what happened? 🤍

For me, my body would go right back to being that little girl, instantly, without warning.

That’s what an emotional trigger is.
An old alarm going off in a new room.

Our body is grown now.
The room is different.
But the alarm still remembers.

The amygdala is doing exactly what it’s designed to do. It senses a threat and offers fight, flight or freeze.

Nothing is wrong with us. Our nervous system is trying to protect us.

And once we know that, we can meet ourselves with a lot more compassion and start to notice the alarm before it takes over.

Share this with someone who needs to hear that their reactions make sense. 💛

What’s really going on when your phone lights up and every part of you says “nope”? 📱

That urge to ghost isn’t random.
It’s your body going into fight, flight or freeze.

So this week’s Pauser Challenge is about ghosting.

When it happens, pause and ask yourself:
Am I actually in danger?

If yes, go. Get out of there.
If not, get curious.
Why is my body reacting like this?
Why don’t I want to answer?

That reaction is information. It’s showing you something inside that’s ready to be looked at.

Pause.
Breathe low and slow.
Find your calm.

That’s how we rewire the response, so the same trigger doesn’t send us running every time.

New way of thinking, new way of living. 💛

Save this for the next time you’re tempted to hit ignore.

10/16/2026

Who in your life is still braced for the old you? 🤍

I looked at my sister and told her I was sorry.

She was stunned.
She was ready for the old me, the one who would have blamed her and insisted I was right.

But I didn’t go there.

I remembered there are always two sides to every story, and we forget to look at the other one.

That one pause changed the whole conversation.

Now I know.
Now I proceed.

Healing relationships often starts with one small shift, being willing to see their side.

Share this with someone you’re ready to show the new you. 💛
