A little behind the scenes from where I spend a whole lot of my life these days. 🤍

This little home office has become the place where I write, record, work with clients, build courses, answer emails, have big ideas… and occasionally stare at my computer wondering what the hell I’m doing. 😂

There’s been a lot of rebuilding happening behind the scenes this year—not just in this room, but in my work and in me.

I’m getting clearer about what I want to teach, what I want to create, and how I want to show up in this next chapter.

And lately, it’s starting to feel like all the pieces are coming together.

So here’s your very glamorous peek behind the curtain. Me, my laptop, probably too much coffee, and a whole lot being created from this little corner of my house. 💚

What does your workspace look like—organized sanctuary or complete chaos? 😂

Have you been struggling with your relationships lately? If so, this week’s video is for you. 💚

Affirmations alone don’t create healthy love. In this video, I share five things that actually help create the kind of relationship that can meet you with honesty, emotional maturity, and mutual care.

I’m getting more comfortable in front of the camera week by week, and every watch, like, comment, and subscription truly means the world to me. Thank you for growing with me—and please keep watching, liking, and subscribing! ✨

Manifesting love is about showing up authentically and honestly in relationships that present themselves to you. ❤️

Are you in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn?

Shutting down?
Over-explaining?
People-pleasing?
Running away?
Snapping harder than you meant to?

This is how your nervous system learned to protect you.

Fight can look like getting defensive.
Snapping.
Pushing people away before they get too close.

Flight can look like staying busy.
Leaving the room.
Avoiding the conversation before it can hurt.

Freeze can look like going quiet.
Feeling stuck.
Knowing what you want to say,
but not being able to say it.

Fawn can look like pleasing everyone.
Over-apologizing.
Abandoning your needs so the connection feels safe.

Now healing can look like noticing the pattern
without shaming yourself for having it.

Save this reel and gently ask yourself:
which response shows up most often for me?

Have you lost your voice or found yourself shrinking for what those around you want?

Maybe you’ve called it being easygoing.
Maybe you’ve called it keeping the peace.
Maybe you’ve called it love.

But somewhere along the way,
your needs got quieter.
Your no got swallowed.
Your yes started costing you.

People-pleasing can feel safe.
Until you realize you’re abandoning yourself
so no one else feels uncomfortable.

And I want you to know this:
your voice isn’t gone.
It's time to start using it again.

Start small.
Say what you prefer.
Pause before saying yes.
Let someone be disappointed
without making it mean you did something wrong.

If this hit close to home, save this reel & watch the full video linked in my bio. Come back to it when you need a reminder: your needs belong in the room too. ❤️

Codependency rarely announces itself. Sometimes it just looks like being dependable.
You say yes when you mean no. You handle everything. You keep the peace.
Then resentment builds because you agreed out loud to something you never agreed to internally.
The question isn’t only how much you’re doing for them.
Are you still in the relationship too?

My little brother.

He passed away, but this week's video tells a little bit about him.

The second photo is something I had done to imagine what he might look like today. I love it!!!

If you've lost someone, this is something you can do with their photo too. ❤️

To hear a bit on his story (and mine), the full video is linked here
