Earthbound Parenting Birth Belongs to You - prepared in spirit, rooted in physiology, guided by legacy. Earthbound Parenting was born from our own journey into sovereignty.

Our first birth changed everything. It called us to trust each other deeply, to walk against the grain, and to discover that birth doesn’t belong to systems—it belongs to families. What began with one birth has become a movement. Together, we’ve created a space where families can remember what they’ve always known: that birth is sacred, strength is inherited, and parenting is a legacy. Earthbound Parenting operates within our Private Healing Association (PHA)—because birth is personal, private, and outside the jurisdiction of systems that don't honor its sanctity. As members, you’re not just receiving support—you're reclaiming your right to choose, to know, and to lead your family well.

You have the conviction. You know your rights. But conviction doesn’t tell you what to do if labor stalls, how to assess bleeding, or how to help your baby breathe if she needs it.

Birth knowledge used to live in the village. Passed down, woman to woman. Then it was taken — professionalized, credentialed, locked behind degrees and licenses. The skills that belonged to every woman were confiscated and called “medical.”

Birthcraft puts them back in your hands.

✦ What’s Inside
✅ Birth physiology, hormones of labor, and how to protect undisturbed birth
✅ Pelvic anatomy, baby’s cardinal movements, and breech — what to actually do
✅ Prolonged labor, shoulder dystocia, postpartum bleeding — herbal tinctures, manual techniques, & traditional remedies
✅ Newborn care, respiratory distress, the golden hour, and when to call 911
✅ Mother recovery — lochia, perineal care, prolapse, postpartum nutrition

✦ This Is for You If…
* You’re planning an unassisted birth and want competence, not just conviction
* You’re working with a practitioner you don’t fully trust and want a framework to make decisions from
* Your husband is your true life partner but “be supportive” isn’t clear enough
* You believe the skills that were taken from women can be restored

Daisy was planning a freebirth. She took four courses, left no stone unturned, and walked into labor more prepared than most women ever are.

Her birth didn’t go as planned.

She has no regrets.

I’m sharing the full story in tomorrow’s email — including the detail that changed everything for her husband, and the reframe that I think every woman planning a freebirth needs to hear before she goes into labor.

If you’re not on my email list yet, subscribe through my website.

If you know Birthcraft is the preparation you’ve been missing, join the cohort before doors close Sept. 26th.

You figured out sourdough.
You built a home herbal medicine cabinet.
You changed how your family eats and lives.
You did all of that without a professional telling you that you were allowed to.

Birth is the one area you haven’t addressed yet.
Not because you can’t, but because somewhere along the way you were told this particular knowledge belongs to the professionals.

It doesn’t.

Birthcraft is not just another birth course.
It’s not a professional training.
It is designed for you — the woman who has already chosen a different way of doing everything else.
Birth is just the next step in that same path.

12 spots. 4 weeks. Fully online.
Cohort starts September 27.
Enrollment closes September 26.

Breech and twin pregnancies have become synonymous with intervention—but does that have to be true? In this episode of the Earthbound Parenting Podcast, Dr. Stu Fischbein Stuart James Fischbein,MD shares decades of experience supporting physiological breech and twin births, why these skills have largely disappeared, and how families and birthworkers can help restore informed choice in communities where options are disappearing. We discuss care deserts, rebuilding birth skills, honoring informed consent, and what it takes to advocate for truly evidence-supported birth options.

The woman three doors down didn’t need a degree to know what to do when labor stalled.

She had something better. She had a life lived close to birth at her mother’s side, her neighbor’s bedside, her sister’s kitchen table. By the time it was her turn, she already knew.

That knowledge didn’t disappear because women stopped needing it.

It disappeared because someone decided women couldn’t be trusted to hold it.

And the downstream effect is a generation of women — faithful, serious, capable women — going into birth without what their great-grandmothers carried as common knowledge.

That ends here.
The Birthcraft workshop is open for enrollment.

My great-grandmother did not have a birth plan.

She had a midwife, a community, and the confidence that her body knew what it was doing.

Somewhere between then and now we traded that confidence for government approval, a consent form, and a hospital bracelet — and called it an upgrade.

The bootstraps gal who is questioning her food, building her land, and raising her family on her own terms already knows something is off about that trade.

She is not looking for permission to birth differently.

She is looking for someone who already knows she can.

That is who I am here for.

What was the moment you realized the mainstream approach to birth wasn’t for you?

Planning a freebirth takes courage. Preparing for one takes something more.

Birthcraft gives you the skills to handle what your body is already asking you to face — so that when labor comes, your surrender is real. Not a coping mechanism masquerading as trust.
