This Freya sleeve was done for a client who might be one of the strongest people I’ve ever met. The battles she’s been through are damn near inconceivable for most of us, and I hope that this tattoo helps her to harness even more strength and remember she’s a warrior.

So I designed this on commission a while ago but then I got to tattoo it as well! It’s funny what a difference 3 years can make for the way I design and the progression of my style, because I ended up changing quite a bit of the original design! Odin the allfather and one of his raven boys! Is it Huginn, Muninn? Both?

A new concept! Werewolf this time, let me know what you think, and if anyone is interested in getting this tattooed, or tattooing a sleeve or a piece based off of the Nordic saga of Sigmund and Sinfjötli, please let me know! I would love to tattoo that! For those of you who are unfamiliar, this is a story of a father and son duo who find enchanted wolf pellets and when they put them on, they are able to transform into wolves. It’s a whole ordeal! I love boars, Gods I love them! More please! Who out there wants a boar tattoo? Often associated with Freya and Freyr, they are quite magnificent and deadly.

OK folks, this is a different and a fun one! I’ve decided I wanted to do a series of movie, cryptic and mythological creatures that are Nordic inspired, and I was just re-watching one of my favorite horror movies The Ritual and I thought, well that could be fun! Also if anyone wants me to tattoo this awesome monster on them, let me know….maybe you love this movie creature, with a little Nordic mythology inspiration in its creation, just as much as I do??!! what should I do next? I have a werewolf waiting to be posted!
