We have been in business for a few years now, and while we have previously been quite lenient on this policy, our providers’ schedules are filling up and we want to be respectful of their time, and other patients.

Our cancellation policy has always required 24 hours notice with a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.

To ensure adequate time for appointment slots to be filled by others, or those on the wait list, please call the office or text (especially if over the weekend) at least 24 hrs before your appointment or as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it.

Before you book your next aesthetic treatment, pause for a second….

The best treatment isn’t necessarily the newest, most popular, or most talked-about treatment, but rather the one that makes sense for your goals, your lifestyle, and your personal aesthetic ✨

A few questions worth asking yourself:

2. What downtime can I realistically tolerate?
A treatment may sound amazing, but if you have a wedding, vacation, or busy work schedule coming up, timing matters!

3. Do I want subtle or noticeable results?
There’s no right answer, but I nowing what you want your results to look like helps your provider create a plan that matches your expectations.

4. What is my budget?
A thoughtful treatment plan should work within your budget. Know what your means are allows your provider to create a thoughtful timeline of treatments without leaving you feeling pressured or uncomfortable.

5. Have I chosen the right provider?
Look beyond the pretty before & afters. Consider their training, experience, approach to safety, communication, and whether their aesthetic philosophy aligns with yours!

But perhaps the most important question is….
Do I actually need the treatment I’m considering?
Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes there’s a better option. And sometimes, the best recommendation is to ask for some information first!
