Not long ago, a space to call our own was just something I hoped for. Now Momentum PT has a new home, and I’m a little tired, very excited, and so grateful for every patient who’s trusted me along the way.

Lucy and I are still settling in, but we’re already loving the new digs. 🐾 Same care, same approach, and a cozy new spot to help you move better.

Nonspecific low back pain has a bit of a PR problem.

Most low back pain doesn’t have one clean, single source we can point to. When we actually assess it, we’re looking at movement patterns, joint mobility, strength, coordination, sleep quality, stress levels, even nutrition. All of it plays a role in how your back feels and functions.

So next time someone hands you one tidy explanation, remember: your body is more complicated, and more capable, than that.
