⭐ HELP US WELCOME DR. KACE WINTERS TO THE WELLNESS CONCEPTS TEAM! ⭐
Dr. Kace Winters developed his passion for chiropractic through his experience as a lifelong athlete, competing in hockey, soccer, track, and motocross. After years of sports-related injuries, his athletic career was ultimately interrupted by chronic post-concussive syndrome and chronic daily migraines. His determination to find answers and regain his health led him to chiropractic, and inspired him to pursue a career helping others overcome pain and physical limitations. His experience as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) further shaped his interest in exercise, movement, and injury prevention.
Dr. Winters received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences in Pinellas Park, Florida. While at NUHS, he was a member of the Sports Council and Motion Palpation Institute, and founded and served as President of the Yoga Club. He is certified in Active Release Technique (ART®), FAKTR, Acupuncture, and Cox® Technique, with additional training in various chiropractic adjusting techniques, spinal decompression, corrective exercise, kinesiology taping, and soft tissue therapy.
Dr. Winters believes effective chiropractic care should look beyond the adjustment and address the factors that influence how the body moves, functions, and heals. He takes a holistic, functional medicine approach that considers movement, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness when developing individualized care plans. His practice is preventive and lifestyle medicine-based, with a focus on helping patients improve their mobility, health, and quality of life. He has a particular passion for helping athletes and active individuals, while also working with anyone looking to feel and function at their best. In his free time, Dr. Winters enjoys golf, pickleball, hiking, mountain biking, spending time on the water, and exploring local markets and farms throughout the community.
