🐾 Some of you may have seen items with a drawing of a dog in the photos of Plexidor Contest prize boxes. This is Mocha - a character whose story started with a sketch made by a talented PlexiDor crew member.

The cute and funny illustration inspired an idea: what if we brought Mocha to life? With a little help from AI, Mocha will be stepping out of the drawing and into a world of adventures, coffee breaks, squirrel patrols and, of course, his favorite PlexiDor pet door.

Here is the original Mocha and the first draft of our little adventurer. Keep your eyes peeled for Mocha fun!

“PlexiDors are with us forever — as long as we have a dog, we’ll have a PlexiDor!”

We loved hearing how this Florida family enjoys their warm Christmases, sunny beaches, and their beautiful new PlexiDor. Because when life’s better by the beach, it’s even better with the freedom your dog deserves! 🌴🐶

A common question is, can my cat and my dog use the same door? The answer is yes: the panels swing easily and smaller pets are able to open them.

Many ask if the PlexiDor is energy efficient - the pet door is a large hole to the outside. The answer is yes: it is designed to keep the indoor temperature in, and outdoor weather out.
