As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and social worker, she is passionate about creating a collaborative, supportive environment where residents, families, and staff can thrive.
Throughout her career, Gwen has focused on building strong teams, improving operations, and supporting quality care — all while keeping people at the center of the work.

This week, we’re celebrating the residents, families, caregivers, and dedicated teams who make assisted living communities such special places to call home.

We’ll be celebrating throughout the week at our two assisted living communities in Quincy and Dalton, and our skilled nursing teams will also be out in the community delivering gifts and showing appreciation to our assisted living partners.
