5 SIGNS YOUR NEUROPATHY MAY NEED ATTENTION

Nerve-related symptoms can look different from person to person. Recognizing changes in how you feel or move can help you know when it may be worth seeking professional guidance.

5 signs to pay attention to:

1️⃣ Persistent numbness or tingling β€” especially in the hands, feet, legs, or arms.

2️⃣ Burning or shooting sensations β€” unusual or electric-like sensations may be worth discussing with a healthcare professional.

3️⃣ Changes in balance or coordination β€” feeling unsteady can be a reason to seek an evaluation.

4️⃣ Increased sensitivity β€” discomfort with light touch, temperature, or pressure is worth paying attention to.

5️⃣ Symptoms affecting your daily routine β€” when changes interfere with sleep, movement, work, or activities you enjoy.

πŸ’š Your symptoms deserve to be understood, not simply ignored.

πŸŒ… Do you wake up with a stiff back?

That morning stiffness can be frustrating, especially when you’re ready to start your day. While there can be different reasons for it, your daily habits may play a role too.

Try a few simple morning habits:

🧘 Start gently: Give yourself a little time to stretch and move before jumping into your day.
🚢 Get moving: A short walk can help you ease into activity.
πŸ’§ Stay hydrated: Keep water part of your daily routine.
πŸͺ‘ Check your habits: Notice how you sit, sleep, and move throughout the day.

If stiffness keeps coming back or affects your daily activities, consider talking with a healthcare professional.
