*We will gather to open, introduce ourselves and build clear agreements with one another to create the container, intention and spirit of the sacred circle we will share.
* We will explore Internal Family Systems through a spiritual lens. Expect gentle movement & mindfulness practices to support our well being. Guided journal prompts and contained shares to hold one another in our sacred space. Expressive art, music, sound and experiential empowerment as we aim to share the authentic, genuine gifts, interests and skills each of us possess.
* A chance for you to shine and share as co-leaders and creators. Experience the warmth of seasonal practices, wisdom of ancient women’s circles and a deep connection to our own individual love light.
