It’s our dear Faith’s last week teaching at Thrive! 😭 After many months of commuting an hour to Thrive from her home in Shelton - imagine that for her 5.30am classes! - she’s moving to Oregon to be closer to family.

Faith is a Thrive teacher who started as a Thrive OG. She began practicing at Thrive in October 2020 (those were the outdoor tent days with propane heaters, guys! Hardcore!) and quickly became a beloved regular who practiced every type of class with every teacher.

It was a joy first getting to know Faith better at our 2022 Unplug Retreat to Portland, and then to spend a month with her in Italy at our immersive Thrive Yoga Teacher Training in 2024, where she shined as an intuitive and gentle teacher.

I am so sad our community is losing this beautiful human being to Oregon, but so grateful for the six years that Faith shared her effortless warmth, light, and joy with us.

Please join me in wrapping Faith in a big Thrive love bear hug this week, and if you can, come to her last class tomorrow / Wednesday night, Yin & Yang at 7.30pm (pretty soon it will be Turf spots only!)

💕💫💕

With SO much love,
Kristi

THIS Sunday, April 12 at 7pm, experience unrivaled relaxation and peace at Lake’s Sound Bath. 🙌

Alternately known as “sound healing”, if you’ve been feeling even a little bit overwhelmed, overstimulated, or just “on”, a sound bath is *exactly* what your nervous system needs.

You’ll lie down, get cozy, and be guided through Lake’s super gentle, immersive sound experience with crystal bowls and calming tones. No movement, nothing to do: just rest.

It’s one of those practices that you don’t realize how much you needed until you’re in it.

Come take an hour to fully exhale. 🫶

Grab your spot at the link in our stories, just $15 for Members with code 15OFF and $15 for Intro Monthers with code IM15OFF - otherwise $30 per person.
