October is , and we're excited to celebrate by involving our residents in some fun PT exercises during recreation time! Our routine includes simple movements like Arm Raises, Shoulder Rolls, Marching in Place, Side Bends, Punches, Arm & Ankle Circles, Chest Presses, Trunk Twists, and Deep Breathing. Each exercise is a chance to stay active while having a great time!

Staying physically active is vital for healthy aging. At Complete Care, we prioritize activities that enhance our residents' mobility, independence, and confidence. 💪🏋️
