I heard a question the other day that I never considered. What do you do for your "future self"? Start today. It might be something small like prepping a few meals to make it easier to choose lunch or getting your clothes ready the night before so that you're not rushing out the door. One suggestion was taking $20 and stuffing it in a winter coat pocket. What a nice surprise you made for your future self when you find it. What are some little things you do for your future self? We all know we should be eating well and exercising, kind self talk and the basics. How do you go out of your way for yourself?

Glutathione is considered the "master antioxidant". It supports immune health and plays an important part in building and supporting tissue. Glutathione is primarily produced in the liver, made from glutamine, glycine, and cysteine. Glutathione levels are reduced through chronic stress and aging. Foods that are high and glutathione include asparagus, avocado, spinach and okra. Eating sulfer- rich foods like broccoli, cabbage, onion and brussel sprouts can help your body produce more glutathione on its own. Taking supplements that focus on the absorption like Natural Factors can have lots of benefits like detoxifying the body of metals, neutralizing free radicals and possibly slowing down cellular aging.

We will be closed Monday April 27 in honor and celebration of "Momma" Doris Bowman 7-5-48 to 4-25-26.

If it weren't for her encouragement I would never have believed in myself enough to follow God and have this store. She is my sunshine. I'll miss her all the days of my life.

I just want to take a minute to thank you all for your continued prayers and love. My momma is still with us. ❤️ I'm so blessed to care for her and so thankful for the patience and support of all of you.

This is a picture of my mom outside the store in the first year I bought it. She was so excited to show off her purple hair! She would come in everyday after picking up my son from school and help me price things and give me pep talks! My mama has always been my biggest cheerleader. I wouldn't have this store if she hadn't convinced me I could ❤️
