“I Once Was…” ❤️

Today, we took a moment to look beyond the years and remember the people our residents once were.

They once were young.
They once had dreams and plans.
They were mothers and fathers, husbands and wives, brothers and sisters.
They were hard workers, caregivers, teachers, farmers, veterans, dancers, singers, adventurers, and so much more.

Behind every face is a lifetime of memories, love, laughter, heartache, accomplishments, and stories that deserve to be heard.

Our residents may be in a different chapter of life today, but the person they once were is still a part of who they are. ❤️

“I once was…” is more than an activity. It is a reminder that every life has meaning, every story matters, and every person deserves to be remembered.

A special thank you to Angels Care Hospice for spending time with our residents and helping us celebrate the beautiful lives and stories that make each of them so special. ❤️
