What if you don't actually have an intuition problem?
What if you've spent so long overriding yourself that you no longer know which voice to trust?
Fear.
Conditioning.
People-pleasing.
Old survival patterns.
Or the quiet knowing underneath all of it.
I've been exploring this in this week's Thrive by Design newsletter because I think "just trust your intuition" misses something important.
Not every uncomfortable feeling is a warning.
Sometimes fear says, "Get away."
Sometimes wisdom says, "Something doesn't feel right."
And sometimes growth says, "This is unfamiliar, but I feel more alive here."
Learning the difference is part of developing real self-trust.
And that's where nervous-system awareness becomes so important.
Regulation isn't about never feeling uncomfortable.
It's about creating enough internal safety to stay present long enough to understand what the discomfort is actually telling you.
This week's newsletter explores how to begin trusting yourself again, and why self-trust isn't about always knowing what to do.
It's knowing you won't abandon yourself while you figure it out.

One of the hardest things about reinventing your life isn't deciding what to change. It's knowing what you actually want.
