Meet a Familiar Face Around Our Clinics!

Everyone, meet Brooklyne! You may recognize her from a few of our different clinics! She has been part of the Peak family for almost a year, and she loves helping wherever she can. Brooklyne brings so much joy and positivity to our clinics, and we are so lucky to have her on our team!

GET TO KNOW BROOKLYNE!

📍Hometown: Brooklyne is originally from Pocahontas, Arkansas, and recently moved to Paragould with her boyfriend, Bradley! Together, they have a sweet 4-month-old little girl, Scottie.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Outside of work: You can usually find Brooklyne spending time with her boyfriend, daughter, or nephews! She also loves all sports!

🤩 FUN FACT: Brooklyne actually spent two years doing physical therapy in high school after a sports injury at our Pocahontas location! Now, she gets to be on the other side of things, helping others get back to doing what they love.

Meet Our New Director!

We’re excited to welcome Matt Aiken, DPT, to our team as our new Brookland Clinic Director!

A 2025 graduate of Arkansas State University, Matt brings a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love. He enjoys working with a wide variety of patients — from those dealing with chronic pain to athletes recovering from injury — with the goal of helping each person return to the life they enjoyed before pain or injury got in the way.

We're raising awareness about employees’ well-being as we celebrate National Employee Wellness Month! 🙌 Here are a few ways to overcome stress and put a positive spin on your day 😁:

✅️ Take Deep Breaths for an easy 3-5 minute exercise, sit up in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and hands on top of your knees. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply. Deep breathing oxygenates your blood.
✅️ Exercise causes your body to release endorphins, and it helps clear the mind. Get up and walk for a few minutes. If you can’t leave your desk, stretch! Stretching is a therapeutic exercise.
✅️ Eat Right and avoid sugary, fatty snack foods. Fruits and vegetables are always a good, healthy option. Keep several at your desk and enjoy them.
✅️ Listen to Music, playing calm music has a positive effect on the brain and body. If you are feeling overwhelmed, take a small break and listen to your favorite tune. One recommendation is listening to the ocean or nature sounds.
✅️ Schedule Time with family or friends to combat stress and/or loneliness by calling or meeting them after work. Schedule a group lunch or outing and have it on your calendar as something to look forward to.
