Meet Lawrenz Sauler, the new ADOR at Brooklyn Center! 👏

Lawrenz has been part of the Brooklyn Center team as an Occupational Therapist for the past two years, and we’re so excited to see him take this next step into leadership right where his career began.

When he’s not helping residents and supporting his team, you might find Lawrenz playing guitar, shooting hoops, playing volleyball, or getting competitive over a board game or video game. 🎸🏀🎮

Congratulations, Lawrenz! We can’t wait to see everything you bring to your new role. Give him a big Sigma welcome! 💙👏

Five years. Thousands of moments. One incredible Sigma family. 💙

It’s hard to put five years into words.

It’s the residents who took steps they never thought they’d take again. The therapists who celebrated every inch of progress right alongside them. The teammates who became friends. The students who became professionals. The hard days we got through together and the really, really good days we’ll never forget.

It’s every person who showed up, cared deeply, gave a little more, and left their mark on Sigma along the way.

Five years later, we look around at what Sigma has become, and more than anything, we feel grateful. Grateful for the people who built this with us. Grateful for the lives we’ve been privileged to touch. And grateful that this is only the beginning. 🥹💙

Happy 5 years, Sigma. This milestone belongs to all of you. ✨
