We can't let safety skills get rusty! 🩺💪

Across ModernMD locations, our teams are putting their skills into action through unannounced, hands-on drills focused on three essential areas:

🔥 Fire Safety: Reviewing evacuation plans, locating fire extinguishers, and practicing room sweeps and headcounts so everyone is accounted for.

❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS): Working through simulated medical emergencies to practice CPR, AED use, and a coordinated team response.

💉 Needlestick Safety: Using a realistic training arm to practice safe techniques, prevent injuries, and review what to do if an exposure occurs.

We're turning knowledge into action, strengthening teamwork, and keeping patient and staff safety at the center of everything we do.
