Meet Dawn 🤍

This is an introduction I am so excited to make, because Dawn is my mother. She is the woman who influenced my own births and ultimately my journey into birthwork. It’s an absolute dream to now be serving women alongside her.

Dawn is a seasoned massage therapist, intuitive energy worker, and birth doula. She is passionate about supporting mothers and carries a deep belief that women deserve to feel cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Just “going with the flow” is a passive approach to birth.

𖦹 I love when you trust the process of birth AND you understand what supports physiology in your birth environment

𖦹 I love when you have faith in your body AND you show up to yoga every week to build strength, improve mobility, and connect with your body.

𖦹 I love that you believe you were built for birth AND you treat birth with the respect it deserves by taking the responsibility of birth preparation seriously.

Preparation isn’t about trying to control how your birth will go.

It’s about doing work beforehand, so that when birth asks you to adapt, dig deeper, or completely let go…. you can listen.

Don’t walk into one of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding experiences of your life and hope you’ll figure it out as you go.

What do you believe about birth? No really, I want to know.

𖦹 Do you believe birth is safe? 𖦹 What do you believe will be the most challenging part? 𖦹 Do you believe you can move through its intensity? 𖦹 Do you trust in your ability to birth?

Your beliefs about birth lay the foundation for how you will move through it.

And many of those beliefs were formed long before you ever became pregnant.

While preparing for an unmedicated birth involves more than just identifying your beliefs, I’d argue it’s the most important place to start.

I took this picture the night before we found out I was pregnant with babe #2! ✨

I’ve been trying to think of a pretty, aesthetic way to share my news on this page, but honestly—this felt more fitting. A little unexpected, a little outside the plan, and completely perfect in its own way. 💕

On November 16th, we officially found out we’re expecting baby number two! I say officially because the universe had been sending me little signs all week leading up to that moment. These photos are all from that week. 🌟

I think it’s time for a little re-introduction!

Hi, I’m Briauna 🤍 Birth Doula and Mindset Coach. I guide women to deeply connect with their intuition, find inner balance, and birth with intention through mindset-focused doula support.

Truthfully, showing up on social media isn’t my natural thing. It can feel like a huge energy exchange, and I’ve always preferred real, face-to-face conversations over trendy reels and hashtags. But here’s what I do love: connecting with like-minded women who are ready to approach their birth—and their life—with intention.

I am probably not the doula for you if you don’t believe in the ⚡️power⚡️ of your mindset.

Your mindset directly contributes to how you experience life and how you manifest your desires. While I don’t think you can guarantee a birth experience I do believe you can manifest the birth experience that is of the highest good for all.

Key components of a manifestation mindset:

🤩 Joy: when you are joyful, you are vibrating at a higher frequency. And the frequency you put out to the world is the frequency you’ll receive.

🌟 Aligned action: What action are you taking to prepare for the birth experience you desire? Are you working with a doula, taking child birth education, and being selective about your birth team?

✨ Surrender: This might feel a little contradictory after talking about aligned action BUT surrender is all about faith!!! Do you have complete trust that your birth will unfold exactly as it should?
