HighPointe on Michigan Contact information, map and directions, contact form, opening hours, services, ratings, photos, videos and announcements from HighPointe on Michigan, Medical and health, 1031 Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, NY.

HighPointe on Michigan was opened in 2011 as the culmination of a project which combined two Kaleida Health long-term care facilities, Deaconess Hospital and Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility, into one 300-bed, state of the art facility. Through integrating these legacy services adjacent to Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Kaleida Health created a one of a kind long-term care facility to meet the needs of our community. HighPointe provides varying levels of care for both the adult and pediatric population, including ventilator-dependent or medically complex care, subacute care, dementia care, and traditional long-term care.
