Certain tea, coffee, food or simply your anatomy comes into variable on how often you need touch ups. The studio has multi functions; a kitchenette for hosting gatherings, a stone wash hall open to content creation, room 1 with my services, room 2 with therapists, and room 3 for creatives who need a room to use for a few hours or a full day.

The way I feel โwholeโ again the day after my spray tanโฆ listen I love my skin BUT sometimes I feel dull. Spray tans are a part of my bi weekly routine. Itโs also my way of loving + respecting the health of my skin by keeping it away from the mid day oil sun tanning habits I used to have.
Loved the look of a new color I added to my shelf ๐ Keep in mind this is on myself, Iโm not scared to experiment tones so I can achieve this look. For first timers I donโt usually do dark.

I personally do a lot of shake ups during this time. I change my masculine candles to floral scents. Same with my insense sticks that I have on all day long! My kitchen gets stocked up on more citrus. Food wise I do extra days of soups and shakes during the week. Going to sauna workouts has also elevated my spring detox. Lastly, I cleaned out my office/creativity desk so it feels brighter already. I was supposed to upload something work related and soon as I sat down here, my mind moved to this topic ๐ค

Not all results look like so, this is quite rare. Hers did not start too stained, they were actually bright to begin with, this was just to make max out. I can tell just by looking at your teeth prior to application, how theyโll end up looking based on texture. Stains are one factor but texture of enamel is major. Itโs absolutelyyy normal to have white spots, lines, ridges, textures, and even more translucent colored enamel naturally. The solid texture-less veneer smiles you randomly see are rare. Letโs embrace every kind of enamel and smile out there๐
I always promise in you leaving with a natural improvement look, Iโve been using 16% g e n t l e peroxide for 10 years now and feel confident in what I use on you :)
My goal is not to have you in & out quick with a drastic difference that could damage enamel, g e n t l e whitening and stain oxidation is my method. Subtle but brighter!
