✨ Fresh eyebrow piercing ✨

Notice a little extra room on that bar? That’s intentional. 👀

Fresh piercings need space to accommodate initial swelling, so your starter jewelry will typically be a little longer than what you’ll wear once your piercing is healed and settled. Starting too snug can cause unnecessary pressure, irritation, or even embedding.

Once that initial swelling has gone down, come see me for a downsize to a shorter bar for a more comfortable, fitted look. 💛

A little extra length now = a happier healing piercing later. ✨

✨ Why do we pierce with a needle instead of a piercing gun? ✨

When it comes to piercing little ears, the method matters! 💕

🔹 Piercing needles are designed specifically for piercing. A sterile, single-use hollow needle creates a clean, precise opening for the jewelry.

🔹 Less unnecessary trauma to the tissue. Piercing guns use force to push a relatively blunt earring post through the ear, which can cause more compression and trauma to the surrounding tissue.

🔹 More precision. A professional piercer has greater control over the exact placement and angle of each piercing—especially important when creating beautifully even lobes that will look great as your child grows.

🔹 Jewelry designed for healing. Professional piercing jewelry can be properly sized to allow room for initial swelling and is available in high-quality, implant-grade materials appropriate for fresh piercings.

🔹 Better infection-control practices. We use sterile, single-use needles that are immediately disposed of in an appropriate sharps container. Unlike reusable piercing-gun devices, nothing used to pierce one client is reused to pierce the next.

💕 A piercing is a tiny procedure—not just a quick accessory change. Choosing a professional piercer who uses sterile needles, quality jewelry, and proper technique gives your little one the best possible start to a happy, healthy piercing!

✨ And that BIG smile afterward? That’s our favorite part. 🥹💎

✨ 14k Gold Rook Piercing ✨

A little gold goes a long way. 💛 This gorgeous 14k solid gold curved barbell adds the perfect touch of elegance to a rook piercing.

📍 Rook Piercing Facts:
• The rook is pierced through the thick ridge of cartilage above your daith.
• Average healing time is 6–12 months (cartilage likes to heal at its own pace!).
• Initial jewelry is typically a curved barbell to allow for swelling and proper healing.
• Because of its tucked-away placement, the rook is less likely to snag than many outer ear cartilage piercings.
• Not everyone has the anatomy for a rook piercing, so a professional anatomy assessment is always the first step!

Quality jewelry + proper anatomy + good aftercare = a beautiful, healthy piercing. ✨
