PLEASE READ! Ages 13-15 earlobes only. Bring physical copy of birth certificate and the parent or guardian on the birth certificate must must have their ID as well. Ages 16-17 must have a state issued ID (school ID is not accepted) their birth certificate, parent or guardian on the birth certificate must have their ID as well.
