Let’s get a little nerdy about collagen. 🤓

Because if you’re investing in your health, your strength, your nutrition, and your longevity, why wouldn’t you give your skin that same attention?

Here’s what I wish more women understood: aging well isn’t necessarily about adding something to your face or changing the way you look.

Sometimes it’s about supporting what your skin is naturally designed to do.

And there is some pretty fascinating science behind collagen remodeling, especially when it comes to microneedling.
