NeOnc has received detailed written feedback from the U.S. FDA regarding the chemistry, manufacturing and controls development program for NEO212, our novel temozolomide-perillyl alcohol conjugate.

The FDA’s feedback provides greater clarity on the manufacturing, formulation, stability and bioavailability work required to support NEO212’s transition from its current capsule formulation to a tablet intended for late-stage clinical development.

NeOnc Technologies is pleased to announce that the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi has granted IND status for NEO212, our orally administered perillyl alcohol-temozolomide conjugate being developed for patients with aggressive brain tumors.

This milestone follows the successful completion of the Phase 1 dose-escalation portion of the NEO212 clinical program.

The UAE clearance marks an important international step as NeOnc advances NEO212 toward Phase 2 development, while continuing discussions with the U.S. FDA.
