It has been A WEEK. 😅

Sick dogs, tons of sessions and classes, and two awesome events later and I am grateful for what will be tonight’s restful sleep 😴

I am so grateful for such a full week, because two nights at the Pet ER were not friendly to my wallet 😵‍💫

Even with all the craziness, the pups are getting back to themselves— and I’m ready for another week of healing, thriving, and making the most of this life.

This week has limited availability remaining, but there is still some time open for YOU. ✨

You deserve to soften.

I can’t tell all of you to learn how to sit in your feelings, if I’m not willing to do the same.

Things have come up for me in the recent weeks; old patterns. Performance. Seeking acceptance out side of myself.

Is this all things I’ve worked on before? YES!

Does working on it again mean that I never made progress before? NO!

As we grow, have new experiences, and move with the seasons of our lives new layers will arise. This morning I needed to remind myself I was safe to feel. Safe to let my guard down. Safe to be seen.

I have my own process of somatically releasing. You’ll notice several yawns in this video, that’s how I know I’m regulating. Towards the end, I sit still. It may look like I’m dissociating, but I’m not.

I’m finding comfort in my body. I’m feeling the freedom in my chest because I simply allowed myself to feel. I’m recognizing the pattern I’ve been in, and finding a new layer of freedom in my own process of softening over time. I’m connecting with my own divinity and all of the spirit help around me.

I share this to show truth— there is more to all of this than just love and light. We have to find and face our truth. Every part of it, even if it doesn’t feel good.

I allowed myself to feel, used my tools, and now I feel better. I hope this gave you hope that you can be safe to feel too. Love ya 🥰
