Happy Indigenous Day!!! Today, we honor those who have lived and passed on to the spirit world! Those are currently walking this earth with us and our ancestors who made sure we are still here today!

“What one fears, one destroys.” - Chief Dan George

Be the reason someone sees light in humanity once again it’s achievable just have to look at life from another angle. It’s okay to relax and know life isn’t that serious. Time to take your life back and take stress out of your life and live a little longer. Go outside enjoy nature reconnect sit on a log or bench and take it in, tea or coffee and enjoy it with a friend. You can be someone light, in their dim world.

Thanks for all the support and love from those who see what we do! Have a beautiful day everyone!

Our goal for our earth!

How does tough h**p stalk become soft, comfortable fabric?

One important step is degumming—a process that removes natural binding materials from h**p bast fiber, helping make it softer, finer, and easier to spin into yarn. Chemical, enzymatic, biological, and mechanical methods can all be used, with the best process depending on the final product.

At H**p Traders, we sell degummed h**p fiber, and many of our h**p fabrics are made using degummed fibers.

Strong by nature. Refined for purpose. That's h**p.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Generations Tradepost Foundational Makers! 🍂✨

Today marked the inaugural Generations Tradepost showcase at VFW Post 7415 in New Cumberland. While Sunday afternoon foot traffic was quiet, the sheer talent, passion, and heart inside the room were anything but.

Launching a new market from the ground up takes grit, and we could not have asked for a better group of makers, artists, and kid-preneurs to lay this foundation. Every single table was beautifully curated, full of original craft, and run by incredible people who pour everything into what they do.

To our amazing vendors: thank you for bringing your energy, your patience, and your craft into our space today. You are the heart of local community trade.

If you missed walking through the doors this afternoon, you did not miss your chance to support them. Please show love to the small businesses that make Central PA vibrant by following their pages and shopping their work below:
