Hello Beautiful Beings 🤍

I’m heading off the grid for a few days ~ unplugging, slowing down, and reconnecting with what grounds me most: nature. 🌿

Sometimes the best medicine is simply stepping away from the noise, breathing a little deeper, listening a little more closely, and giving ourselves permission to just be.

So from today through Sunday, I’ll be taking some quiet time to recharge and nourish my own nervous system.

I’ll be back and ready to reconnect on Monday. ✨

Until then… may you find a little pocket of stillness for yourself, too.

Slow down. Breathe. Step outside. Listen.
Nature has a way of reminding us what we already know. 🌿🤍 Xo ~ Tina

Last night felt like a dream... ✨

As our guests floated peacefully beneath a sky sprinkled with stars, the gentle breeze carried sacred sound across the water. The water held us, the night embraced us, and for a little while, time seemed to stand still. Even a few shooting stars graced us with their quiet magic.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for trusting us with your evening and for bringing your beautiful presence to this shared experience. And to the beautiful Suzanne Haynes Frazer ~ thank you for sharing your light, your heart, and your divine presence. Creating this experience together was an honor.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Until next time. 🌙💙✨🙏🏾
