Prepping for my Karuna Reiki® class next week and I’m just… sitting here in it.

Laying out my notes, tuning into the symbols, feeling the room start to gather before anyone’s even arrived. And I’m so reminded how magical and beautiful and amazing this mystical journey is.

Not because it’s been easy. It hasn’t.

Because every single step has brought me to the next soul I was meant to meet.

That’s the part that gets me every time. The people who find their way into these classes aren’t random. They’re healers who’ve been carrying a lot, who feel the pull to go deeper, who are ready to let the energy move *through* them instead of from them. Soul-aligned, every one.

And I get to sit with them for three days.

I can’t wait to connect with each of you on this path. The ones coming next week, and the ones I haven’t met yet.

The journey keeps unfolding.
I keep saying yes.
And today, I’m grateful for that.

The trees are almost bare now, and I keep noticing how much lighter they look.

They don’t hold on to anything that’s done. They let it fall, trust the root, and wait for what’s coming next.

I’ve been learning to do the same. Letting go of the old ways I used to show up in my life and my work. Making room for what wants to come through me now.

And a lot is coming through.

If you’ve ever wondered what I actually do, I help women find their way back to themselves after loss, burnout, or a big life change. Through spiritual coaching, Reiki, VortexHealing®, and energy healing, I hold the space while they remember who they were before the world told them who to be.

Ever have one of those mornings where you sit down and realize you haven’t had a single moment to yourself in days?

Not because anything’s wrong. Just because life gets busy. And it does.

That was me this morning. I finally sat down, took a breath, and thought… whew. This feels so nice.

And then I noticed something. When life shifts into go, go, go, my journaling is usually the first thing to slip. Somewhere along the way I decided journaling had to mean an hour. Pages and pages. Every last thought out of my head and onto paper, or it didn’t count.

So it waits. And waits.

And then the realization landed:

Sometimes five minutes is enough.

Even if all I write is, “I’m so grateful for this day, and so happy I get to do all the things on my schedule.”

That’s still a practice. That’s still me choosing me.

Not perfectly. Not for an hour. But enough.

If you’ve been in one of those stretches lately, where your self-care and spiritual practice keep landing at the bottom of the list, know you’re not alone. Your sacred time doesn’t have to be big to be real.
