The recipe for success-
Injury 9/14- Dx severe ulcerated cornea covering 60%. Risk of rupture or losing the eye- HIGH
7 days of tarsorrhaphy (temporary sutures) along with 4 times a day antibiotics (oral and optic), anti-inflammatory, analogous serum, pain meds. No PEMF or RTL.
Recheck 7 days post-injury ~ 30% improve
Days 8-15- 4x a day medication management + 10 mins of PEMF low setting and 2 mins of Red Light Therapy
Re-check at 15 days- Significant Improvement noted under anesthesia Continue abx, anti-inflammatory and analogous serum

We'll spend hundreds on supplements for muscle, energy, performance and recovery, then mix them with tap water. 😂🤮 Make it make sense.

I’ve tried them all. Creatine, pre-workout, protein, peptides, the whole lineup. But the one thing almost nobody questions is the water we mix it all in.

Water is over 70% of our bodies. It's involved in muscle contractions, nutrient transport, temperature regulation and recovery. So why wouldn't we be intentional about the thing we put in our bodies every single day?

I'm talking about electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) and molecular hydrogen (H₂), made through electrolysis in my K8. 💧

Here's the nerdy part. Exercise naturally creates reactive oxygen species. In balance, they help our muscles adapt. Too much, and it adds to cellular strain. Research on hydrogen-rich water points to less exercise fatigue, lower lactate and better recovery markers. I'm not a doctor and I won't make medical claims, and I'm not going to promise you what it'll do for you. I just don't think it's crazy to look into.

I'm 50, and I plan on staying strong, active and on my horses for a long, long time. Molecular hydrogen water is the only water my family and I drink.

So here's my question. If we'll invest in everything else we put in our bodies, why not the one thing we consume more than any supplement?
