Want to amplify your PEMF sessions and refuel your body at the same time?

Try adding your favorite electrolytes to this recipe either before, during or after your session.

Choose an electrolyte powder that's simple without all the yucky fillers, organic and made with the ingredient content that's most ideal to meet the needs of your body. My go to is GoodOnya Organic Hydration. It's not too sweet and the lemon flavor pairs with most any juice you want to add.

If unsure which electrolytes are right for you, your health provider can help you choose the best one for you.

My Go-To Electrolyte Spritz recipe is simple and adaptable to your taste. Feel free to swap in other fresh juices too! 🍉🍐🍍

Hattie's first time meeting her vet today! 🎀🐾

Shes's 9 lbs of fluff! Just a few shots today to keep her safe while she enjoys the fun aspects of socializing.

She may be itty bitty but she is so brave, curious and a happy playful girl!

We can't wait to start her in the next steps of becoming a therapy dog @ Hillside Wellness. She's getting ready for all of you 💛🐾🎀🐶

The best gifts sometimes come in the smallest and most unexpected packages 💝🐶🐾

Meet our newest addition & future therapy dog, Hattie 💛 She is every bit of sweet you can imagine. We love her so much and know that you will too!

Once Hattie is big enough and cleared by her loving veterinarians, she will be ready to greet you with those beautiful panda bear 🐼 eyes and fluff for days! 💝

And please don't worry, Hattie does not shed and is considered hypoallergenic by breed.

Many clients come in to their first PEMF session a little nervous and unsure of what to expect.

But hey, that's why I'm here! A nature loving, slow coffee sipper, gardener and beach go-er (who happens to be an RN and certified PEMF practitioner & loves to help people get back to doing the things they love PAIN FREE) 💛
