Did you know that Cavity Crawlers work overtime while you sleep?

If you don't brush before bed, they spend the whole night tickling and weakening your teeth!

Protect your smile with the Ultimate Defense Routine:
- Brush away their food supply after breakfast and right before bed.
- Use floss to get them out of the tight spaces your toothbrush can't reach.
- Spit out the bubbles but don't rinse right away—let the toothpaste protect your teeth like armor!

Keep those crawlers away and keep your smile bright!

Did you know that after we eat yummy food, tiny, invisible "sugar bugs" try to throw a party on our teeth? If they stay too long, they can cause cavities.

The good news? You have a secret weapon to chase them away: your toothbrush!

Here is how to be a Tooth Superhero every single day:
- Brush in the morning to wake your smile up.
- Brush at night before bed to tuck your teeth in clean.
- Brush for 2 full minutes—that’s the time it takes to sing your favorite song or the ABCs twice!

Grab your toothpaste, start scrubbing, and make those teeth sparkle!

Attention 4-H Families & Poultry Owners!

As you care for your animals and prepare for shows, keeping your flocks safe from Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) is a top priority.

Protect your flock and your home with these quick biosecurity steps:
• Wash up: Scrub hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after touching animals.
• Gear down: Wear dedicated shoes and clothes around poultry. Leave dirty gear outside.
• Disinfect: Clean all tools, cages, and waterers regularly. Don't share equipment.
• Keep separate: Prevent domestic birds from interacting with wild birds or waterfowl.
• Cook safe: Ensure poultry and eggs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Spot a sick bird? Isolate them immediately. Report domestic flock issues to the Nevada Department of Agriculture and wild bird concerns to the Nevada Department of Wildlife.

DAILY TASKS
- Water Bottles: Wash with warm, soapy water after every use. Use a bottle brush for the interior and a small straw brush for reusable straws. Air dry upside down.

- Hard Plastic Teethers: Wash daily with warm, soapy water.

WEEKLY TASKS
- Deep Clean Bottles & Lunchboxes: Run dishwasher-safe items through a hot cycle. Soak non-dishwasher items in warm water with baking soda to eliminate odors.
