🚨 POSSIBLY SOMETHING NEW COMING TO DIZFIT!

I’m always researching new techniques and looking for different ways to help my clients with pain, muscle tension, and recovery.

Lately, I’ve been looking into Tuning Fork Therapy!

If you’re unfamiliar with it, this technique uses gentle vibrations applied to the body to provide soothing sensory stimulation and promote relaxation. It can be incorporated into therapeutic massage as another approach to bodywork.

Before I invest in the equipment and additional training, I want to know what YOU think!

When I started DizFit Massage Therapy, my goal was simple. I wanted to help people feel better. Not just relax for an hour, but actually find relief from the pain, tightness, and discomfort they deal with every day.

I know how much pain can affect your everyday life, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone walk out feeling better than when they walked in.
