I celebrated my birthday last night…

Truth be told the celebrations are ongoing through the month. I can’t be stopped when it comes to finding ways to play and celebrate with those I love

So grateful for all the support and loved ones in my life

I am constantly in awe of the wisdom that I continue to gain as I journey. The most significant shift I have experienced this past 12 months is a reckoning with imbalance in my life. Boundaries are set like never before!

What this means is that I watch and tally behaviors and make certain I no longer people please or accept less than. Walking away from relationships that do not serve me has become sooooo easy.

This may sound silly for many of you who never put up with less but for me this is cause for celebration.

The reward… More meaningful soul alignment in my every day life and it has never felt better.

My wish is for you to have this reckoning too… earlier the better y’all don’t wait till you are this old😏😉 #59
