We don't push hours.

Most of the kids we work with get about 15 hours of ABA a week. That's not a cap or a quota. It's what usually comes out when the BCBA sets hours by what's clinically right for your child.

Some kids need more and some need less. Your child's plan is built around your child.

We don't push hours.

A lot of places tell you to bill the max and figure out the clinical reasoning after. We do it the other way around.

Our BCBAs set the hours that are clinically appropriate for each client — not a target set above them. In practice, most of our clients land around 15 hours a week, because that's what actually fits their goals and their family's life.

If you've been somewhere that pushed you to bill more than made sense for the client in front of you, this is different.

A BCBA who stops learning stops being useful to the families counting on them. So continuing education isn't a perk we mention in an interview and forget about — it's budgeted, every year, for every clinician.

Conferences, coursework, supervision training — if it makes you better at this job, we want to help pay for it.
