Since 2022, Olive Odyssey has been the first to press the new olives of the season in Palestine.

We start early. Early harvest means less oil but what is more important to us is that we get higher quality: very low in acidity, very high in polyphenols and antioxidants.

The harvest has begun at Olive Odyssey, and our waiting list for pre-orders is open.

For more than fifty years, Sliman Mansour made Palestine visible. Through his brush, on canvas, on walls, and in the imagination of the world.

He gave us our images. The olive tree. Jerusalem. The fallaha in her embroidered thobe. The Birds. The family.
He built a visual language that we, Palestinians knew at once as our own.

Because of Sliman Mansour, Palestinian art has a ground to stand on. Every artist who paints this land today is working in a field he helped clear.
