Do you spend a lot of your time in the car? If so, you've probably heard these two little words: "I'm hungry." Keep easy-to-grab, healthy snacks handy so you can toss them in a cooler on your way out the door. Try cheese sticks, nut mixes, yogurt or fruit cups! Keeping your family healthy and well-fed is one of WIC's biggest priorities. https://health.mo.gov/living/families/wic/

Great news for Missouri families! The new income eligibility guidelines for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program have just been announced.

If you or your family members participate in SNAP, TA, or most MO HealthNet programs, you are automatically income-eligible for WIC.

WIC provides nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, nutrition education, and healthcare referrals to help keep your family healthy.

Wondering if you qualify?
It only takes a minute to find out. Complete our quick Online Interest Form, and a local WIC agency will reach out to help you get started:
