Working toward getting into my exercise routine again. I have been so busy getting my house in order for Christmas that I have forgot to exercise. going to do 50 toe touches tonight to start back up.

I have gained about 16 pounds in the last year and a half and am now working on getting that off although I have been told that I don't look like I have gained any weight. Well I don't want it to get out of control so I got to get back to my diet that I used to lose it all in the first place.
