One of the biggest changes in how I think about wellness is this:
I’m less interested in chasing “perfect health.”
I’m more interested in having the capacity to LIVE.
Feeling well enough to exercise.
Well enough to focus.
Well enough to travel.
Well enough to enjoy my family.
Well enough to serve.
Well enough to say yes to things I love.
That is why foundational wellness matters so much to me.
It isn’t about creating some perfect version of ourselves.
It’s about supporting the body we have so we can participate fully in the life in front of us.
Finish this sentence:
I want to feel well enough to __________.
