Perhaps you have an IonCleanse collecting dust in your closet. We have talked to many customers trying to get back into cleansing after a long hiatus. They often communicate a sense of guilt for not having stayed in their routine.

If this is you, we suggest starting with self-compassion. Life isn’t consistent, so it makes sense that you aren’t always, either.

Starting a detox routine with a kid under 14? Here are some tips to help you get started.

Start with the timing guidelines in your manual, and talk to your practitioner about what’s right for your child specifically. General guidance is a starting point, not a rule for every situation.

Then look at the details around the session. A soft chair. A calm show instead of a game. The Saver Lid so a tablet doesn’t end up in the water. Start where you can and work toward a footbath when it feels possible.
