Some thoughts keep us stuck, some can generate momentum. If you are finding yourself ruminating- make some behavior changes and see what happens!

Are you a new graduate or an early-career clinician looking for supervision or case consultation- I'd love to connect!

I understand how valuable connecting with the right supervisor can be when you are starting out. My goal is to offer guidance that is both encouraging and practical as you grow in your clinical work.

I am an LMFT in private practice (licensed in New York) and have experience in nonprofits, hospitals, and agency settings.

If you are interested in learning more, please reach out and schedule a free 15 minute consultation!

Hi, SISU members! A reminder that the practice will be closed starting today through the 14th. I will be checking messages here and there- but will also be in the mountains without service for a majority of this time. See you on the other side 🌄
