Flotation, or REST therapy offers deep relaxation, natural pain relief and better sleep. 1,000 lbs of Epsom Salts in 10 inches of water in a Float Pod creates a solution so buoyant, you float effortlessly as if on air.

✨ Float Tip Tuesday! ✨

There’s no right or wrong way to float! 💦

Stretch out, put your arms overhead, or let them rest by your sides. The key is finding YOUR sweet spot where you can fully relax and let go. 🧘‍♀️

💙 Every float is your own experience. Get comfortable, breathe deeply, and let the water do the rest!

✨ Weekend plans yet? We vote for doing absolutely NOTHING. 💙🧘‍♀️

No notifications. No to-do lists. No one needing anything from you. Just 60 glorious minutes of peace, quiet, and weightlessness. ☁️

Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is completely unplug. 🫧

Your weekend reset is waiting. 💆‍♀️

October goals: more of THIS. 🍂✨

Take care of yourself. Be good to yourself. Make a little space for yourself.

And if “treat yourself” happens to mean an hour floating in complete peace and quiet… we fully support that decision. 😉💧

🥹Some members just become part of the True REST Chandler family. 💙

Terrance is absolutely one of those people.

He’s always willing to play along with our ridiculous videos 😂, always brings great energy through the door, and somehow even showed up with a CAKE to celebrate our 10 years in business. 🎂🥹

Terrance embodies so much of why we love what we do. It’s not just about floating — it’s the people, the relationships, the laughs, and the community we’ve built along the way.

10 years of True REST Chandler wouldn’t be the same without members like you. We appreciate you, Terrance! 💙

Ash: Absolutely! 😊

Also Ash: 🚶‍♀️🚪 NOPE. 😂

Miquela really thought she was getting backup. 💀

We promise our teamwork is actually amazing. 😂💙
