My guideline has always been concern you can, leave when you need…but do so quietly! I am in full support of honoring what your body needs, following your breath into your body and moving in the way you need. And totally understand if you need your phone if you’re on the mat in a difficult time where an emergency or critical call is expected, even as a parent in some cases.
