What an amazing weekend learning about the healing energy of sound with SofusionYoga | Immersive Sound ✨

I left with a newfound passion for sound facilitation and so much inspiration for how sound can beautifully complement my Reiki and massage practice.🎼⭐️

We got to play with all of the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the instruments, and I’m officially hooked! I especially loved singing with the shamanic drum, and playing the gong was such a powerful experience. There’s something so incredible about feeling sound move through your whole body.

And I came home with a new baby… 🥰 My beautiful Tiger Tibetan bowl from Sofia! 🐯🔔 Now I just need to decide which instruments I need next. 😂

Thank you for being so open to the energy, the teachings, and all that unfolded so naturally over our two days together. It truly felt divinely orchestrated. The love, laughter, Japanese curry, tea, sunflowers, and sisterhood made this experience pure magic. 🌻
