It is a big one for Mikki Streight Ramey today. I am one lucky guy to have known her for 31 of her years. Not only is she is a wonderful spouse, but she loves our 4 children well. She also makes time to mentor and encourage all the agents at Healthy Realty and takes great care of her clients. I am thankful to have a wife who lives each day to the fullest. If you get a chance wish her Happy Birthday.

3 cokes and a morning walk. 🥤

Every Wednesday morning on my walk, I notice 3 unopened cokes. My neighbor leaves these cokes to say thank you to the hard working sanitation crew. One day I stood and watched as the sanitation crew stopped at this house. As the 3 men opened their cokes, they smiled and took a quick break from their busy day. All it took was 3 cokes to make their day better. I have never met my neighbor but I smile every Wednesday morning as I pass by.

On this Thanksgiving day, it doesn’t take much to show thanks to those who have served or helped you. It may only take 3 cokes! 😍
