Dottie's Pharmacy & Compounding Dottie’s Pharmacy is a retail, compounding, specialty and long-term care pharmacy that services the entire Southeast.

We proudly offer expert care through our Certified HRT Specialist Pharmacist and are URAC accredited at our Charleston location. We provide quality pharmacy services to the Charleston area, including:

Prescription compounding:
-Veterinary
-Dermatology
-Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
-Pain management/sports medicine
-Pediatrics

Affordable prescriptions and over-the-counter medications:
