October 8–11, I’m trading my scrubs for a little Vegas sunshine and heading to the Vitamin Conference! ☀️🥂

But before anyone thinks this is just a Vegas trip… 😉 I’m there to learn.

I love what I do, and I’m a firm believer that if I’m going to ask my clients to trust me with their health, I need to keep learning, asking questions, and staying current on what’s happening in the world of wellness, vitamins, longevity, peptides, and preventative health.

Because things change.
New research emerges.

When Jeff began his weight-loss journey in May 2022, he weighed 380 pounds. Today, his weight has stabilized around 180 pounds—a remarkable milestone made possible by years of commitment, consistency and a willingness to stay the course.
