Always hungry by 3 PM? 👀 SAVE THIS! 📌

One of the easiest ways to stay consistent with your nutrition is to have a plan for when hunger hits!

Our go-to formula for a balanced snack?
PROTEIN + CARBS 💪

Protein helps keep you satisfied until your next meal, while carbohydrates provide energy to keep you fueled throughout your day.
Here are 6 easy grab-and-go options:
🍫 Protein bars: Barebells or ONE
🥨 Meat stick + carbs: Chomps or Think Jerky paired with pretzels, crackers, or an applesauce pouch
🥤 Protein shake + dried fruit: Fairlife, Premier Protein, or Oikos Pro (check the label for shelf-stable options!)
🌱 Roasted edamame or chickpeas: Pair with dried fruit or pretzels
🥜 Peanut butter crackers: A convenient option to keep on hand
🍇 Trail mix: Easy to pack and take anywhere

Keep a few options in your purse, desk, work bag, or gym bag so you're prepared when hunger hits.

Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's about making the better choice the easier choice.

📌 SAVE this for your next grocery trip!

Stop making nutrition so complicated.

Eating well doesn't have to mean perfectly planned meals, hours of meal prep, or putting your goals on hold when you're traveling.

Sometimes it's as simple as grabbing oatmeal from your hotel's breakfast bar and adding a packet of protein.

We love Momentous plant-based protein packets because they're convenient, travel-friendly, and make getting in some extra protein EASY. No bulky tubs. No scooping protein into plastic baggies. Just grab, mix, and go.

The goal isn't perfection. It's finding simple ways to stay consistent, even when life gets busy.

🚨 EATING HEALTHY BUT NOT LOSING BODY FAT? Let's talk about it.

One of the biggest misconceptions about fat loss is that eating healthy automatically means you'll lose weight.

The truth? You can eat all the "right" foods and STILL not see the results you're working toward.

🥑 Healthy foods still have calories.
💪 Protein matters, especially when you're trying to maintain muscle.
🔥 A calorie deficit is necessary for fat loss.
📊 Your portions and overall intake matter more than you might realize.

Because successful fat loss isn't about eating less and less. It's about understanding what YOUR body needs and creating habits you can actually maintain.

💬 What's been your biggest struggle with nutrition or fat loss? Tell us below!

This or That: is one actually better? 🤔

→ 🍫 Granola bar vs Protein bar: quick pre-workout carbs, or a snack that keeps you fuller longer? Depends what you need it for
→ 🫐 Fresh vs Frozen berries: honestly, both! Frozen is just as nutritious, lasts longer, and is usually cheaper. Fresh for snacking, frozen for smoothies and oatmeal
→ 🍚 Brown vs White rice: white is easier on digestion, brown brings more fiber and nutrients — both have a place
→ 🍝 Regular vs Protein pasta: protein pasta helps if you’re struggling to hit your goals, but regular pasta is a great carb too. RD tip: mind your portions either way
→ 🥛 Greek vs Regular yogurt: Greek tends to be higher in protein, lower in sugar, and keeps you fuller longer. Regular is still a totally fine choice

There’s no wrong answer here — just the right tool for what you’re actually going for. 💪
