🎉❤️ CELEBRATING 9 YEARS WITH STEPHANIE ALFARO! ❤️🎉

Tomorrow, October 16, marks an incredible milestone for Stephanie: 9 years with the Helms Home Care Team! 🥳 We couldn't let the occasion pass without celebrating her and recognizing just how much she means to our organization.

Stephanie’s journey with HHC is one that makes us especially proud. She first joined us as our receptionist back in our humble beginnings before transitioning into a Care Coordinator role. From there, she moved into After Hours, then found her way into recruiting, and eventually took the reins as our Recruiting Supervisor. Over the years, she has worn so many hats, embraced new challenges, and continued to grow right alongside our organization.

One of the most rewarding things about watching someone's career unfold is seeing them develop not only professionally, but also into a leader who makes a meaningful impact on the people around them. Stephanie has done exactly that! ❤️

Today, she leads our multi-state recruiting team, helping us grow our nursing workforce and expand our ability to serve patients across our footprint. Under her leadership, our recruiting department has continued to grow, strengthen its reach across multiple states, and achieve new levels of success. Watching Stephanie take ownership of that growth, develop her team, and help position HHC for continued expansion has been incredibly rewarding. 🚀

But beyond the accomplishments, what makes this milestone so special is the journey behind it. Nine years represents countless changes, challenges, opportunities, and memories. Stephanie has been part of our story through so many stages of growth, and seeing her take on new responsibilities, develop her leadership skills, and continue to make such a meaningful contribution has been something we're incredibly proud of.

Stephanie, we truly couldn't be prouder of you! Thank you for nine years of dedication, hard work, loyalty, and for continuing to bring so much to our HHC family. We are grateful for everything you've contributed, proud of the leader you've become, and excited about everything still ahead of you.

If the growth we've seen in recent years is any indication, the best is yet to come! We have no doubt that you and your team have even more great things ahead, and we can't wait to see what year 10 brings! ❤️
